Complete an Enrollment Application Form - Applicants are required to complete application prior to enrollment (if the potential student is a dependent minor they must be accompanied by a parent of legal guardian), The applicant is expected to pay a non-refundable registration fee of $100.00.
Attend a Pre-Enrollment Orientation - During the Pre-Enrollment Orientation, the individual will be given information about the barbering field, the schools Outcome Rates (Completion, Licensure, and Placement) also include a tour. The applicant will be encouraged to ask questions. The applicant must sign the Pre-Enrollment Orientation Receipt to verify the information he/she received. The Pre-Enrollment Orientation will help the individual understand what skills are needed to succeed in a career in the Barbering profession. This will also help the applicant make a decision in choosing a school that meets their needs. The applicant must have a social security card and a picture ID (drivers license or ID card).
Provide Verification Documents - If the potential student expresses a desire to become a student at EZ Barber School. All paperwork must be submitted to complete the enrollment process. In addition, two (2) passport pictures that is submitted with necessary paperwork for the ID card from The Arizona State Board of Barbers which certify the student can practice on the clinic
Monthly Payments- Applicants have the option of making monthly-payments. Before signing the enrollment contract, applicants needs to pay a minimum down payment of $3,000 plus his/hers first monthly-payment. Minimum monthly payment is $250.
Sign the Enrollment Contract - Applicants are encouraged to review the school’s catalog and outcome rates sheet prior to scheduled appointment for signing of the enrollment contract before starting school. The student will be schedules for the first day of class on a Tuesday which includes a New Student Orientation.
